When it comes to sneakers, we’re pretty convinced that there’s nothing better than a classic pair of kicks – unless, however, you’re able to customize those classic sneakers to your own liking.
Thanks to the footwear experts over at New Balance, buying the exact same sneakers (preferably their famous 998 style) is now a thing of the past. Following in the footsteps of brands like Nike and Adidas, the sneaker manufacturer has officially launched its first custom 998 shoe shop. And the best part? The kicks are finally available in women’s sizing.
According to Racked, the new sneakers have 16 different areas that are open to customization. We’re talking everything from heel embroidery down to the sole of your very own shoe! Price points of the kicks range between $199 to $210, with New Balance promising delivery expectations in as little as two days.
To make things a little more interesting, the label decided to tap a few famous faces for the launch of the new line. Enlisting bloggers like Aimee Song of Song of Style, Adrianne Ho of Sweat the Style and Dapper Lou, New Balance gave us a personal look of how each of them styled their classic 998s.
